Lynch Logistics runs regional lanes from Maine south through New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia, with lane configurations that vary by customer and season.
Lynch Logistics regional drivers are typically home after 5 days on the road. Most drivers prefer a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday departure, and we work with drivers who want to stay out longer to keep them moving. Communicating appointments, family events, and PTO with dispatch helps us coordinate consistent home time around what matters to you.
Lynch Logistics pays regional drivers by the mile, with weekly direct deposit and a clear, straightforward pay plan. On top of mileage, drivers earn sign-on, safety, referral, retention, performance, and fuel bonuses, plus pay for passed DOT inspections. Lynch Logistics backs your mileage pay with a weekly guarantee. The guarantee protects your paycheck on slower weeks and still rewards the drivers who push for the miles.

Lynch Logistics requires drivers to be at least 23 years old with at least one year of verifiable CDL-A experience. However, we know every driver’s background is different, so even if you have less experience, we still encourage you to reach out so we can learn more about your where you are at in your driving journey and discuss potential opportunities.
Yes, orientation is paid. In addition, Lynch Logistics drivers receive a transition bonus during their first week to help avoid a gap in pay while getting started. Orientation typically lasts about a day and a half and includes HR, payroll, safety, and operations training, along with an opportunity to get to know the team and learn more about life at Lynch Logistics.
